How do I return an item?

This policy applies to all merchandise purchased online at www.cowboysindians.com.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your merchandise, you may return the
merchandise to us provided it is postmarked within 30 days from the date you received it. If the conditions described below are met, we will issue you a credit in the same tender originally used for the online internet purchase minus the shipping charges.

To ensure return processing and receipt of a full refund (net of shipping), the
following conditions must be met:  (1) the packing slip must be included (Please keep a copy for your records.); (2) the merchandise must be returned in its original condition with all related parts, accessories and packaging; (3) the postmark on the returned merchandise packaging must be within 30 days from the date you originally received the merchandise.
    
When returning merchandise, Cowboys & Indians Magazine strongly recommends that you request a return receipt for confirmation that the shipment has reached our offices and also that you insure the package for the full retail price of the item(s). Cowboys & Indians Magazine assumes no liability for the loss and/or damage to merchandise while in transit to our return location.

Refund/Return Policy:

Original sales receipt or packing slip must accompany returns.

We accept returns for exchange or refund 30 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion after 30 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only, minus shipping charges. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:
    •    - without showing signs of wear or damage in any way
    •    - within 30 calendar days of the delivery date (after 30 days no returns are allowed)
    •    - all related parts, accessories and packaging

If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately.

Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.
